Punxsutawney Phil Predicts an early spring!!!
It’s been raining here in the Bay area a lot ever since and we’ve had Record breaking snow falls in the North Eastern part of the states! Well, lets hope it is just purging and getting it all out of it’s system and in two weeks we’ll have Sunshine….on a cloudy day, when it’s cold outside….lol…anyway, The weather certainly lends itself to more time working on the computer and my website which is sorely in need of some TLC and updating. I will be adding some more of my original poetry bit by bit as I am planning to put it into a book format and hope to find a publisher who will support me and help me achieve my potential as a writer. I have so many things on my list of to do’s for this spring that I’m afraid it’ll be summer before I can get half of it done, but it’s about the journey as a friend once told me, and also, stressing doesn’t make it easier, so I’ll take it one day at a time and I hope you’ll join me as I plant the seeds for the coming harvest…You reap what you sow. This we know.

LAST SAT NIGHT WAS MY FIRST GIG WITH MY NEWLY FORMED “TIGER LYN BAND” WE PLAYED AT THE FLAMINGO HOTEL AND RESORT IN SANTA ROSA. THIS MORNING, I WOKE UP TO A RED SUN AND A SMOKY SKY AND THE NEWS WAS THAT SANTA ROSA WAS ON FIRE ALONG WITH SEVERAL OTHER TOWNS, AND COUNTIES. IT IS A FIRESTORM AND PEOPLE ARE LOSING THEIR HOMES, BUSINESSES AND VINEYARDS. I AM SO SORRY AND HOPE THAT EVERYONE, MY FRIENDS AND FANS WHOM I’VE MET ALONG THE WAY, AND ALL THOSE WE MET THAT NIGHT AT THE FLAMINGO NIGHT CLUB ON OCT. 7TH ARE SAFE, ALONG WITH THEIR NEIGHBORS AND LOVED ONES. I’VE LOST EVERYTHING A TIME OR TWO..AND IT IS DEVASTATING BEYOND IMAGINATION, BUT THANK GOD FOR YOUR LIVES AND KNOW THAT YOU CAN RECOVER. YOUR MEMORIES ARE SAFE IN YOUR MIND AND THO YOU WILL MISS THEM DEARLY, IT IS A HARD LESSON WE LEARN AGAINST OUR WILL, THAT THIS WORLD IS SUBJECT TO FIRE AND RUST SO INVEST IN THE TREASURES CREATED BY YOUR RELATIONSHIPS THAT YOUR FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS BRING YOU BECAUSE AT THE END OF THE DAY, IT WILL BE THEY ARE WHO AND WHAT MATTERS THE MOST AND WILL TAKE US THRU THE DEVASTAION AND DISASTERS OF LIFE. GOD BLESS ALL THOSE WHO ARE AFFECTED AND MAY AN ABUNDANCE OF BLESSINGS BE POURED UPON ALL WHO ARE HURTING AND ALL WHO ARE HELPING THEM IN THIS SEASON OF SADNESS AND NATURAL DISASTERS.
